NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT-

The Annual Parish Meeting for St Cleer will be held at the Sports Pavilion, Hockings House, St Cleer on

Wednesday 22nd May 2024 at 6.30pm.

Local Government electors for the parish will be entitled to attend the meeting which will be open to the public.

The business to be transacted at the Meeting will be as follows:

1. Persons Present / Apologies.

To NOTE persons present and RECEIVE apologies for absence.

2. Minutes of the last Annual Parish Meeting on May 23

Unfortunately no Annual Parish Meeting was held in 2023

3. Chairman’s Report:

To give an update of business transacted between May 2023 and May 2024.

4. Public Questions:

The meeting now allows for members of the public to ask

questions and make comments.
