The "neighbour consultation expiry" date specified at the Cornwall Council planning page is 15 Feb 23 but any comments submitted prior to determination will be considered by the planning case officer.

Since the Cornish Times article was published the number of pubic comments submitted to Cornwall Council have increased from the reported 24 'objections' and 17 'support' comments to a total of 80 public comments with 55 'objections' and 24 'supporting as of Thu 2 Feb 16:00.

This is the highest number of public comments in relation to any recent planning application within the parish and clearly demonstrates the strength of feeling from within the community.

The planning application may be found at the link below and any interested party is encouraged to submit their opinion - make your voice count in local affairs.
